- FE is not responsible for books that do not arrive because of customer change of address.
- FE is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in the mail.
- Undeliverable orders returned to FE will be refunded the price of the book at time of sale. Postage is non-refundable.
- Please allow 7-10 days for processing and shipping Media Mail orders.
- Please let us know if your address changes before we ship your order, especially for pre-orders.
- If your order includes both preorders and in-stock items, everything will ship together when the preorder item becomes available.
- We offer a flat $30 shipping rate for smaller (1-3 books) international orders. Please email us at info@fonografeditions.com for large orders or to arrange a more specific shipping quote.
- For bulk orders, please contact info@fonografeditions.com.
- We cannot offer returns.
